  • If the order is not shipped then you can make a cancellation request and we will approve it.
  • If the order is already confirmed and the process of packing and shipping started on it then no cancellation will be allowed.

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours at our email info@couturefactory.com  Upon cancellation, the refund applies to our product only at our sole discretion.

All refunds will be issued as per our refund policy.
